History Of The Jutsu:This jutsu was created by a mad man during the ninja war era to help improve his soldier he first attempted to put into 10 people and only one survived. Which gives it a 1/10 success rate which is a terrible chance you have to take when infused with this jutsu. The person who lived was named Orochimaru, he was an evil human being only trying to gain power and immortality. So as his master before him he infused the jutsu into 10 people to see what the success rate would be now that times have changed but it was still the same 1/10 success rate. so with this he set off trying to find the perfect young person to infuse the jutsu in to mold to his liking so he sent out 10 snakes to bite people giving them the cursed mark and hoping to find his perfect new body. Orochimaru had figured out tho for this jutsu to work and the person live he has to be in sage mode and inject jugo clan cells into the person otherwise they would die in less then 5 minutes of being bitten.

Detailed Description Of what the jutsu Does: The Cursed Seal of Heaven is one of the strongest of the cursed seals, the other being its counterpart, the Cursed Seal of Earth. The seal consists of three tomoe , similar to the Sharingan, which, when activated, spread flame-like markings across the user's body. Like all cursed seals, the user receives increased chakra levels and physical capabilities when the seal is activated. (Can be activated up to level 2)

Weaknesses: The caster of the jutsu can put the user under great mental and physical torment/ it is just a transformation still can get killed by almost everything above b rank
