Message to the Stone Village

Hello, Stone Village. This is your Kage, Sevyn Tyn, and I have a message for you all.

So, recently, I arrived here extremely happy about my new position. I've noticed that there aren't many young ninja here at all. I'm not gonna lie, it kinda upsets me.

So~! What I am prepared to do is start up registrations for the new school in the heart of the Village. There will be Ninja ranks assigned to each and every participant. But before your ranks can be assigned, you must take a placement test. Your ninja rank reflects your performances on this test.

'Hand-out' ninja ranks, just because. Each and every one of you must earn the rank given to you. Each consist of tests, centering around these qualifications: Endurance, technique, adaptation, and *cough, cough* (OOC Writing skill... Yes, I said it. Writing skill. If noone can understand your writing, what's the point of coming. You wanna write better~? Read books. It's that simple.)

Now, I have great things in store for this village. But, I cannot do it alone. I hate to admit this, but, I need help. This village will need protection. All of us are a family all wrapped in one. Remember that.
