The Order of The First Skirmish

The Raikage sat in his office, atop his desk with his his eyes closed, pondering things. He pondered emotions, thoughts, feelings, and actions, and he put forth an almost sage outlook on the world. For he was confused. Why had the Leaf betrayed him? They'd been partners for five years, they'd traded and benefited from each other's wealth. The youth of the villages had trained together, and tried to achieve Chuunin together. Their shinobi had formed bonds, and yet the Leaf had betrayed them. But... why? What benefits did it give off?
It would not matter. This was now war, and there was no space, and no time for sympathetic thoughts. It had to be merciless. It had to be done with a cold heart, and with no regrets. It had to be done fast, for this was the only way to ensure the safety of his village. He could not stand idly by while the Shinobi of his village were attacked by the Shinobi of other villages. A breeze swept through the office from an open window, and the Raikage stood slowly, and gracefully made his way over to the window giving him a perfect vantage point over the sleeping village. It... it was so peaceful, so quiet... it was serenity. He had to do all that was in his power to protect this serenity, and not let it fall.
His hair was swept by the wind across his face, and it brought a chill to him. His wife and secretary, Mari Uchiha. She was... everything about her was beautiful, from her fragrance to her feet. She was the best woman in the world to him, the most important woman. She had borne him a son after all, and that was the best thing that could be done for him, for it was his greatest source of happiness. He would have to protect his son, too... and one day, his son would grow to protect others, and he would grow to be someone that all the Shinobi in his village loved and looked up to, and all the Shinobi in the other villages feared.
Mari seemed to sense his pain, for she remained silent with a grave expression, and moved slowly towards Takugan. She offered a weak smile, and before she could make it to Takugan, he ran to close the rest of the distance and embraced her. All his troubles and worries were now temporarily erased, and he just got lost. Her hair smelled of roses, and her warm body made a tear fall from his eye. Takugan unwrapped his arms from around her and held her at arm's length. He spoke words that trembled with the force of determination, but were soft and gentle as well. "Mari, my love. I will protect our son. He will become great, and the people of other villages will tremble in fear of the name Mokuntaku Uchiha."
Mari smiled, and when she spoke, her voice was so beautiful, that it touched his soul. "You will protect our son. I believe in you with all of my being, and I will not allow you to fail." She smiled. It was a smile that Takugan had lost himself in many times before, and it would not end today.
"Can you please send for Anthony Uchiha and Tadoe Uchiha?" She nodded, and with that she began to exit the room to find the two he had sent for. Takugan called after her, "And please remain outside the room. This is top secret." And now she was gone.

Anthony just finishing up his last little bit of vacation and training. He was ready to get back to duty as a ninja, missing the fights the sparring and all of the other things a ninja had to do to improve. He was proud of himself for making it to chuunin. He felt as if he was one step closer to Taku or the Raikage. "I wonder what my first chuunin mission will be." As he let those words leave his lips there was a knock on the door and he swiftly got up to see who was at his door grabbing one of his swords out of relax after the attack he had five years ago.
"Hello, who is there." he yelled as he was ready to destroy the door and kill whoever was behind it. Surprised at the answer he heard taku's wife voice saying "You have been summoned to the kage office please be swift in getting there it seems he is serious about the matter at hand." Wondering what it could possible be he swiftly got dressed and put a vest on to cover the curse mark he had gotten what seemed like only yesterday as he strapped the sword he grabbed to his belt. "Seems I have the pleasure of starting my duties early." Letting a little smirk go across his face with that he was out of the door and heading toward the kage building with his head band rapped around the top of his forehead proud of villages symbol.
Swiftly arriving at the mansion anthony headed upstairs being let in because the guards where forewarned to let him enter, after he had arrived. "Hello Raikage what is the urgent news you have for me today?" Waiting for a response he stood strong and true as if he was a new man in the face of any challenge he could simply over come it letting the smile he had fade, after seeing the raikage's eyes and face though. Seeing he had no time or reason for jokes and was simply here to state what it was he was doing and get him out of his office.

Bubbles. A joyous, water-lined, spherical layer, of absolute..fun, or so thought the beings that sought to replicate Nature's original art. Bubbles, a art of all canvas', appearing in water ,air, and ground. The endless expansions that could be made with such a simple yet endearing design. One could go with using the said item as a entertaining distraction for raving children to a deadly miscalculation on the battlefield, or at least that is what traveled through the mind of the one who children knew by as the 'Bubble-Man' their shrieks of laughter never failing to etch a endurable smirk upon his face, but alas that was not the name his enemies had learned to fear. No, the name he would go by in the hard cold shinobi world, would not be of a little water based rotational sphere, but Tadoe Uchiha.
Said man was now currently walking through the southern part of his glorious village of Kumogakure; held high closer to the heavens then any other co-dominant village. Long lean arms stretched out slightly, earning a clasping like sound from his tightly bound black chakra-metal plates; which were hung fittingly upon his frame, along his chest, back, shoulders, and front thighs; his black skin tight body garment in between his skin and said armor. Some wondered why the peaceful mellow man would always wander around so ready for violence, but all would come to mind would be...nothing. A soft chuckle escaping the man as a bubble he had blown from his bubble blower had caught the attention of a certain stray dog fond of him. He willed said bubble to rest right upon the dogs nose before popping suddenly, doing the dog no harm for he controlled the acidic levels to that of regular bubbles. His attention drawn to a tug of his shoulder as he looked around expectantly his eyes greeting the face of the beautiful wife of his Kage." You have been summoned to the Raikage's attention please proceed to him immediately." With a nod ,Tadoe proceeded to dissolve into a barrage of bubbles; dispersing from the area.
Almost immediately afterwards a conglomerate of bubbles could be seen appearing in front of the Kage's desk. Once all popping the figure of Tadoe could be made out, Large Gunbai and all with his traditional bubble blower hanging limply out his mouth; producing 2 or three stray bubbles every now and again. Fleshly lips opened slightly in call." You asked for me, Raikage-sama?" His stature loose and relaxed ,as a single onyx hue crossed over from his Kage to the other occupant of the room; nodding slightly at the other shinobi.

War... could anyone benefit from such a thing? Every side would always have casualties... every side would always have a village obscured in fear, the fear of an attack at any moment. War was a terrible thing, and it can not be taken lightly, nor forgiven, by either side. Flashbacks if the Age of Warring Clans entered The Raikage's mind, and he saw death. A small boy, not even the age of 7 laying on the ground missing an arm. A pregnant woman lay dead with her stomach torn to shreds. Children lay screaming over their dead fathers, pleading for them to open their eyes, and their mothers were pleading with the children to follow them to a safe place. The Raikage would end this war, and his people would have nothing to fear. He vowed that to himself, because as he remembered these children and mothers over the dead fathers, Takugan would NOT allow his son, and his wife to go through that. He would end the Leaf.
A smile curled its way onto the Raikage's face as, just as usual, he did not need to await the arrival of his ninja more than 5 minutes, for they responded faster than those of any other village. After the plume of bubbles formed in the Raikage's office, and Anthony Uchiha walked into his office, his face had become hard. It had become one that was numb. The Raikage could be seen as a man who could be the most emotional and sensitive in existence. He could be found in the streets playing with children, playing with their pets, and conversing with their parents. However, he adopted a new personality in times of war, especially around Shinobi. He was called the "Blood Hawk" and it was not without reason. For it was war, and when war came, nothing was wrong. Or well... everything was wrong. And the Blood Hawk took any measures necessary to destroy the opposition. To those who had seen his change, they would sometimes quake where they stood. He'd earned his name in the Age of Warring Clans. And he would live up to it.
The Raikage began to speak, "We will start this war strong. As you both should already know, a unit of Kumogakure was massacred by the Leaf. We need to teach them that we will not stand idly by and allow this to happen. You will travel along the East Coast to the boarder of the Land of Fire. In doing this, you will need to take out as many boarder patrol units as possible. Eventually, the Hokage will send reinforcements, for he cannot stand idly by and allow these things to happen to his ninja. You will eliminate them too, and leave no remains... destroy everything. I will be sending a Shadow Clone with you to disperse when you are attacked by ninja you cannot handle; otherwise it will not join the fight, so as not to risk being destroyed too early and ruining the plan. When it disperses, I will be there, and you will not need to fear." And with that, the Raikage sent the squad of 3 off, to complete the mission.
