Banned Jutsu

The following jutsu are banned, and if you use them in a fight, that fight is forfeit.
1. Flying Thunder God Technique
2. Wind Release: Rasen Shuriken
3. Raiton: Armor
4. Perfect Susano'o
5. Impure World Resurrection (Jutsu which the user must give their life are permitted)
6. Kamui
7. Izanagi
8. Izanami
9. Curse Technique: Death Controlling Possessed Blood
10. Creation of All Things
11. All sound-based Genjutsu
12. Substitution Jutsu
Limited to one:
1. Rinnegan (User will be voted upon by staff)
