Rules on Invasion

When invading another country, whether you mean to attack or not, you MUST wait for a reply from the country's Shinobi forces before continuing, because otherwise, it is a simple feat to make a few posts doing this.  "Takugan goes to the Leaf Village and destroys the Hokage Great Stone Faces." And you would be done with it. 

When invading, you cannot attack a village and actually try ATTACKING in the same post that you entered the village in, UNLESS you have a direct way into the village.  Meaning, at the gates you cannot begin attacking, though you MAY attack from outside them.  It's a confusing rule I know, just bear with me.  If you are somehow SUMMONED, or TELEPORTED into the village, you may begin your attack on the inside.  However, you may not physically run/walk into the village and attack without giving the village a chance to keep you out.

Strategy WILL be implemented here, meaning if you create diversions and such, and suddenly the enemy knows where you are because they "see" you, and you are far away from you (this is just an example) that is metagaming.
