Mangekyou Rules

Fuck what the anime says, I am making Mangekyou a bit less broken.
To achieve Mangekyou, you must have 3 Tomoe on your Sharingan, as well as your closest loved one passing away. This CAN NOT be one of your alts, because it would be Mangekyou farming.
The eyesight detoriation for Mangekyou is as follows. You get 100 posts for Mangekyou until you are blind. At the same time, using a Mangekyou technique takes an extra post. Blaze Release controlling the Amaterasu, and Amaterasu both count seperately, so treat is as such.
Amaterasu: The difference with this is, Amaterasu does not ignite whatever it is looking at. It instead moves as fast as the Mangekyou can follow.
