History Of The Jutsu: This jutsu was created by Yarashi Uchiha while in the Hidden Cloud Village. It's first appearance in battle was against and old rival by the name of Tsune Uchiha. The reason for it's creation was so that Yarashi could have a kind of defensive approach against Tsune's Lightning Jutsu, giving Yarashi an edge in his escape.

Detailed Description Of what the jutsu Does: the Rasen-Guard is an equipment to the Rasengan, requiring no hand signs. This Jutsu turns the Rasengan attack into a defensive shell of wind, the size and shape of a full body shield for a knight, Rasengan being the handle, doing no harm like the Rasengan originally would. The Rasen-Guard can be used against Taijutsu, Weapon attacks, and all kinds of Ninjutsu, (Excluding FireStyle) and will even repel projectile-type Lightning Style Jutsu. The full Rasen-Guard will take 7 seconds to form, but can be formed at half-size in 5 seconds, and in the same time it was formed, can retract and become the Rasengan again. If the Rasen-Guard is destroyed befor this, howrver, it takes the Rasengan with it, making the Jutsu a waist. Any breaks in the shield can be restored, but this will take 5 seconds to complete.

Weaknesses:

All FireStyle attacks can break the Rasen-Guard easily.
Taijutsu and weapons can crack, and therefor create a week spot in, the Rasen-Guard's outer rim.
The Rasen-Guard is negated while being formed if the space needed to create it is blocked up.
