Detailed Description Of what the jutsu Does: This Jutsu is the ultimate Storm Release technique with the Wind Release added. The chakra taken is about half-that of a tailed beast bomb. Even in Bijuu mode using it more than once is not recommended.

A horrifying lightning storm is created with tornados moving throughout it. The winds applying a tearing force of cutting and piercing power that can literally cover an entire village and destroy it minutes. An all out and devastating force of what appeared to be natural power. The added rain simply applied more conduction for lightning.



Weaknesses: Earth style 'can' provide defense against it for a short time before being torn up by a tornado. there is no sure fire way to defend against it. The lightning strikes are random but happen so frequently it is impossible to truly escape without being shocked at least once. This is a taxing but truly powerful jutsu. The amount of chakra consumed would likely even kill a sage in its use which is why Bijuu are needed. Fire style will only make the situation worse, with wood particles commonly in the air it can form an electric-tornado-fire-storm...
