History Of The Jutsu: The hiding in the mist technique was not enough because some other members of the mist could see through it. Eventually this technique was enhanced using ice release making even the most skilled mist village ninja's vulnerable.

Detailed Description Of what the jutsu Does: An enhanced version of hiding in the frost. Creates a mist with a very very very high precipitation level. Even moving around begins to feel like swimming through water. Frost can begin to build on the enemy making it even harder to move. The water particles in the air are thick enough to cause refraction making it harder for the enemy to actually aim correctly, establish depth, and establish direction.

Weaknesses: Can be gotten rid of with fire or wind. No actually damaging, just paralysis.
