History Of The Jutsu: While meditating on a large plain during a thunderstorm Tee watched before his very eyes as a destructive tornado formed directly in front of him. Tee was fond of the power of the tornado and decided to recreat a jutsu for it.



Detailed Description Of what the jutsu Does: Long range jutsu that forms a tornado sucking in and flinging around everything in its path.


Weaknesses: A fire technique can be used on the tornado stopping the formation also making the fire attack stronger. Also going very high above the tornado or underground.

About as strong as an f3 tornado on the Fujita scale with winds at speeds from 158-206 mph.

Roof and  walls torn off well constructed houses, large non-permanent structures overturned, most trees uprooted

Naw bro, that is OP.  But it'd be pretty cool to spit Amaterasu into that thing XD
