History Of The Jutsu: While traveling through the swamp for training Tee wanted to develop a jutsu that could imitate the conditions of the swamp

Detailed Description Of what the jutsu Does: Short to long range it creates a swamp making the enemy immobile unable to move. Tee uses the water to dampen the earth and create a layer of mud then using the water Tee manipulates it with his chakra to make the mud thicker and difficult to move in  thus trapping the opponent.

Weaknesses: Either going underground or flying.
